Instabooth adds fun effects to your photos and lets you share them on Instagram and other services.

Make fun avatars for your social networks. Capture funny faces to send them to your friends. Stylize photos to make them special. Apply one of Instabooth’s many effects in real-time to your front or back camera or to a photo from your camera roll.

When Apple introduced Photo Booth on the iPad 2, they somehow forgot to get that app over on the iPhone 4S. But don’t worry, that’s why there are third party developers. The fine folks at Pixel Research Labs seem to have concocted a solution that is great for any iPhone user that misses the fun of Photo Booth on the iPad 2.

You can even switch between the front and back camera, toggle flash, and even have a countdown so you can prep your photo (just like on Apple’s Photo Booth).

It used to cost $0.99 on the App Store but is now available for a free download!
