Report: New Galaxy Tab to Have 2560x1600 'Retina' Display

Samsung is rumored to be producing an 11-inch Galaxy Tab equipped with a Retina display.
Apple's iPad 3 is rumored to boast one of the company's exalted retina displays. Though there hasn't been much in the way of rumors or leaks to suggest this, its assumed based on the fact that the iPad 2 missed out on this feature. However, it seems the iPad 3 won't be the only tablet with an out of this world screen. The latest rumors doing the rounds in the blogosphere say Sammy is currently working on an 11.6-inch Galaxy Tab with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 and a 16:10 aspect ratio.
Boy Genius Report cites a trusted source in reporting that the tablet will be unveiled at Mobile World Congress next Spring, which is the same event Samsung used to debut the Galaxy Tabs 10.1 and 8.9 earlier this year. The tablet is also said to have Ice Cream Sandwich and a dual-core Exynos 5250 CPU clocked at 2GHz. BGR reports that this CPU is supposedly very similar to Apple's new A6 CPU, which is a dual-core Cortex A15 chip.
