Samsung is priming the tech world for a big announcement ...

It might be in the middle of a long and complicated legal battle with Apple in multiple countries, but Samsung isn't letting that stop it from releasing new and exciting products. Hot on the heels of the iPhone 4S unveiling, the company last night released a teaser for 'something big' that it plans to announce next week.
Samsung has released the following video teaser to get us all whipped into a frenzy ahead of its Unpacked mobile event next week. Scheduled to take place on October 11, it's looking more and more like this might be the day we finally get to see the newest Google phone, the Nexus Prime. Said to be the first Ice Cream Sandwich handset, the Nexus Prime has been in and out of the news over the last couple of months. However, we still don't know a lot about the phone, other than the fact that it will likely be the first ICS phone. We've heard talk of a 4.5-inch HD AMOLED display and a 1.5GHz dual core processor so it's already shaping up to be quite a beast.
