HTC One Mini with 4.3-inch display confirmed

HTC is working on One Mini smartphone with a Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile processor and is expected to launch it sometime in August this year.

HTC has been rumored of working on a stepped down version of its flagship HTC One smartphone. This move basically mimics Samsung's strategy to release flagship and then a stepped down "mini" version of the smartphone.
Bloomberg reported based on information shared by two people familiar with the matter that HTC is indeed working the HTC One mini smartphone. This device is expected to be launched sometime in August this year.
HTC One Mini with 4.3-inch display
HTC One mini was previously rumored as the HTC M4 and will come with features similar to the flagship HTC One smartphone. The HTC One mini will look very similar to the HTC One. The display will carry lower resolution than the HTC One and will pack Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile processor.
Now looking back at the previously leaked speculations, the HTC One mini will arrive with 4.3-inch display and sport a 720p HD resolution display. HTC will use a dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon mobile processor and offer 16 GB on-board storage.
We are hoping that the HTC One mini will also sport the Ultrapixel camera technology and the new Sense features such as BlinkFeed, Zoe and others. The One mini will also incorporate the Beats Audio technology - goes without saying but we wonder if HTC will also include the Beats Audio amplifier as well. HTC One mini will run Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update with layer of HTC Sense on it.
HTC One Mini may not be branded with that name but it would be interesting to see how it performs and is priced against the Samsung's Galaxy S4 Mini.
