Philips Launches ErgoSensor Monitor, Tracks User Posture

Philips is expanding its Brilliance LCD monitor line with ErgoSensor technology, which can now offer advice to improve user behavior.
Although you may not notice it much while using the computer, it's very easy for your posture to become slouched, causing cause neck and eye strain. Philips new ErgoSensor technology maximizes user comfort and health by providing alerts if it detects improper posture. This is accomplished by an embedded sensor found where most webcams are kept. The sensor watches users viewing distance, posture, presence and whether they've been sitting at their screen for too long. Zoom
