The Nokia keynote at the Mobile World Congress 2012 is scheduled to take place any time now and as expected the brand is speculated to have a good showing at the event. HTC and their quad-core handset, the One X that was announced just a while ago, have been hogging on all the limelight, so far. The next bit of information about Nokia comes from BGR.in, revealing exclusive details on a handset from the brand’s lower range of smartphones – the Lumia 610.

Details about this handset from the lower spectrum of the brand’s Lumia range have been shrouded in mystery, thus far, but as per the report, a little more has been revealed of this smartphone that is going to be unveiled shortly. For those of you who can’t wait, here's some details on the Lumia 610 - it is an entry-level offering from Nokia, running on the Tango edition of the Windows Phone operating system. It will come with a 3.2-inch display, which will most likely be the brand’s Clear Black display and keeping in line with its entry level features, the display is 0.5 inches smaller than the Lumia 800. The camera at the back is downgraded, compared to its higher end brothers and will feature a 3MP shooter. The report states that their sources have informed them that the smartphone will feature a 256 MB RAM, but they have no confirmation regarding the same. Apart from this, the website has also received the tentative pricing on the Nokia Lumia 610 with it expected to retail for approximately Rs. 11,000. What comes as the best news is that the website notes that upon launch, it won't be very long before it comes to India.
